Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pulautoto ("we", "us", "our", "the Company", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the pulautoto website located at https://pulautoto.cam and all related services, features, content, and functionality made available through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

pulautoto is an online betting and live casino platform that provides sports betting, live dealer games, slots, instant games, and related gaming services primarily to players residing in Malaysia. Our Services are intended for entertainment purposes only and are strictly restricted to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on pulautoto, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pulautoto is strictly an adult-only platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 21 is prohibited regardless of any local legal minimum age that may differ.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not acting on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or corporate entity for the purposes of gambling.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law and where you do not hold valid authorisation to participate.
• You have not been subject to self-exclusion or a voluntary exclusion order on the Platform or through any recognised responsible gambling programme.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pulautoto or any of its affiliated technology or payment service providers.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each User may hold only one Account on pulautoto. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all Funds and Bonuses associated with those accounts, in addition to permanent suspension.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and a contact number. You undertake to keep this information up to date and to notify us promptly of any changes by contacting our support team.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. pulautoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security measures. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access or compromise of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

To comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements and to verify your age and identity, pulautoto requires all Users to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. The following documents are typically required:

• Identity: A clear copy of your Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months displaying your full name and residential address.
• Payment Method Verification: Where required, a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method (e.g., Maybank2u, Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow) used for deposits.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation at our discretion. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate Account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

Terms of Use

Access to and use of the Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis, subject to these Terms. By using the Platform, you agree that:

• You will use the Services solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
• You will not attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with any part of the Platform's technology, security, or functionality.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, or other software tools to interact with the Platform or gain any unfair advantage.
• All bets placed through your Account are placed by you personally and not on behalf of any third party.

• pulautoto reserves the right to void any bet or transaction where there is evidence of error, system malfunction, or manipulation.

The Platform and its Services are made available "as is" and "as available". While we invest significantly in platform uptime and stability — maintaining a target of 99.98% availability — we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability, technical maintenance, or third-party service outages.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pulautoto accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Malaysian payment methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrencies including BTC and USDT. All Funds are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: RM30 (or as specified per payment method).
• Maximum deposit amount: varies by payment method, up to RM50,000 per transaction for DuitNow.
• Deposits are credited instantly for e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow; within 5–15 minutes for FPX and online bank transfers.
• You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, in compliance with AML policy.
• DuitNow and e-wallet withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes in normal circumstances, subject to daily processing windows.
• Standard withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours, excluding amounts subject to ongoing KYC review.
• pulautoto reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 per transaction or RM30,000 within a rolling 30-day period.
• Any Bonus funds must satisfy applicable Wagering Requirements before the associated balance is eligible for withdrawal.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by pulautoto are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Malaysian residents who have completed basic account registration. Certain promotions may require completed KYC verification.
• Each promotion specifies a Wagering Requirement — the number of times the bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering Requirements typically range between 10x and 35x depending on the promotion type.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds may not be used for the purposes of arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• pulautoto reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice where circumstances require.
• Bonuses that are found to have been claimed through fraudulent means, duplicate accounts, or in breach of these Terms will be forfeited in their entirety, and any winnings generated from those bonus funds will be voided.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on pulautoto's sports book are subject to pulautoto's published betting rules, which govern market definitions, settlement procedures, void conditions, and dispute resolution. By placing a bet, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of those rules as they apply to each market.

8.2 Asian Handicap & Live Betting

pulautoto offers Asian Handicap, Over-Under, Mix Parlay, and live in-play betting markets across Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and additional sports. Live odds are updated continuously during the event. It is the User's responsibility to verify current odds before confirming a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

8.3 Errors and System Malfunctions

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to an obviously incorrect odds price, a technical malfunction, or a data feed error — pulautoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the User's Account. We will endeavour to communicate such decisions promptly. This provision applies equally to casino games, live dealer tables, slot games, and all other gaming verticals.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

pulautoto applies maximum winning limits per bet, per event, and per day across sports betting and casino products. These limits are displayed within the relevant product interfaces and may vary by market, game, or user tier. Winnings above applicable limits will be capped and the excess stake refunded.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pulautoto platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds and Bonuses, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Creating, operating, or using more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or identity documents.
• Using another person's payment method or Account to deposit or withdraw Funds.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino or poker-style products.
• Using software tools, bots, or artificial intelligence to automate betting decisions or exploit gaming systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without promptly reporting them to pulautoto.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or bonus abuse strategies as defined in Section 7 above.
• Any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Platform's operation or other Users' experience.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal without holding the appropriate authorisation.

Responsible Gambling

pulautoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all its Services. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and that players should maintain full control over their gambling behaviour at all times.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Users free of charge through their Account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Using any data mining, scraping, or automated data extraction tools against the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights and will be pursued accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pulautoto and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on any content, odds, or information published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain appropriate security.
• Losses or damages caused by third-party payment processor delays, outages, or errors.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.

Our aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

Privacy & Data

Your use of the Platform is also governed by pulautoto's Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of your agreement with us.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the processing of your identity documents and payment information for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of the Services.

Termination

14.1 Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting pulautoto's customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure, any available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification.

14.2 Termination by pulautoto

pulautoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account with or without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your Account has been involved in fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activity.
• Continuing to provide Services to you would expose pulautoto to legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.

In cases of Account closure due to breach, pulautoto reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks and the general principles of contract law. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance through direct communication with pulautoto's customer support or compliance teams before pursuing formal proceedings.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pulautoto's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to enforce compliance with these Terms.

Amendments

pulautoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following methods: a prominent notice on the Platform, an email notification to your registered address, or a prompt displayed upon your next login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect.
